Class Schedule

Our Dojo offers classes for all ages and skill levels. Whether you're in school, a working professional, or a parent, we have classes that fit your schedule!

Beginner Kids Classes (White - Blue belt):

  • Monday - Thursday @ 5:15 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday @ 10:45 AM - 11:30 AM
  • Description: Our beginner kids classes are tailored for those new to karate. You'll learn the fundamental techniques, stances, and etiquette of karate. We recommend ages 5+ to ensure the best learning environment for all students!

Intermediate Classes (Blue - Green belt):

  • Monday - Thursday @ 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM
  • Description: For students who have mastered the basics, our intermediate classes focus on enhancing your skills, refining your techniques, and exploring more advanced katas and forms. 

Advanced Classes (Brown Belt+):

  • Monday - Thursday @ 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Description: The advanced class is designed for dedicated students who aim to reach black belt levels. Here, you'll delve into intricate katas, self-defense techniques, and sparring to push your abilities to the next level.

Mixed Classes (Striped Blue Belt+):

  • Saturdays @ 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM
  • Description: Our mixed classes allow adults and children to train together and bond through martial arts. These weekend classes are an enjoyable experience for the entire family!

Adult Classes 

  • Monday, Wednesday @ 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
  • Description: Our adults only classes are designed for mature students of all skill levels. These classes will cover techniques  in more depth with a more focused environment!

Private Lessons:

  • By Appointment Only
  • Description: For personalized attention and flexible scheduling, we offer one-hour private lessons for students who want individualized training to accelerate their martial arts training. Contact us to arrange a one-on-one session with our experienced instructors. 

Competition Classes:

  • Tuesday, Thursday 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM (Kata & Kumite)
  • Description: Our competition classes are tailored for serious students who want to compete at local, regional, and national level in both kata and kumite. We provide intensive instruction and the knowledge needed to succeed in the competitive karate scene.

Kyoshin-Ryu also hosts special events, workshops, seminars, and tournaments throughout the year, providing our students with opportunities to showcase their skills and bond with fellow practitioners.
